Dog Guides are Provided at NO cost to people with a Physical or Medical Disability.
Thanks to National Sponsors, 100% of the funds raised from the Pet Valu Walk, go directly to each of the Six Dog Guide Training Programs in Canada.
Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides have provided specially Trained Dog Guides to over 2,500 eligible Canadians from Coast to Coast at NO cost to the recipient, despite costing $25,000 to train and place each dog, and with NO Government funding.
With your help, more people can experience the mobility, safety and independence a devoted well trained Guide Dog brings.

This year, The Cannington Lions Group is partnering with the 1st Cannington Scout Group and the Brock Township Dench Animal Shelter, to provide us all with an opportunity to support this worthy cause. We hope you and your loyal 4-legged friend(s) will join us this year.
A BBQ will be available at the end of the walk. There will also be another BBQ held on May 6th Mid-day in front of the Cannington Foodland. You will be able to pick up Sponsor Sheets at this time as well.
